White Sage has a rich, bitter and strong aromatic scent with naturally inherent qualities suitable to purify the body, mind and spirit. It is sought after for its ability to cleanse negative energies that have accumulated in the surroundings and as well as the astral body. Suitable for the spiritual and energetic purification of homes, meditation rooms as well.

Aroma: Rich, bitter, smoky, natural.

Intention: To purify one’s space or body. Smudging is a spiritual purification process that can be thought of as a cleansing smoke bath that involves lighting the stick, gently blowing out the flame and placing it safely in a fireproof bowl, allowing the smoke to fill your space and wash over your body.

This thick and solid smudge stick is 5-6” long. It is highly aromatic and burns slowly, enabling its smoke to carry its purifying properties throughout a room. Our bundles are hand-harvested in the environmental, sustainable and traditional Native American method.

Ingredients

Sun-dried white sage bundled in 100% cotton thread.

How to use: Light the tip of the bundle until there’s a small flame. Gently blow it out until only smoke is produced. Place it in a fireproof bowl in a safe place away from flammable objects, children and pets. Smudging is done by safely carrying the smoking bundle (still in the bowl) throughout your space so the smoke reaches every corner.
